Guinea office building provides 26 sets of direct drinking water equipment

Project Background

A large office park in Guinea plans to introduce an efficient and reliable direct drinking water system to address the daily drinking water safety issues of employees. Meet the daily drinking water needs of approximately 10000 employees in the park.

Customer demand

Water quality requirements: The effluent meets the standards of purified water (complying with WHO and Chinese GB 5749-2022 standards) and can be directly consumed as cold drinks.

Solution

The Shandong Chuanyi technical team has proposed the following solutions based on customer needs: Equipment selection: 26 cabinet type direct drinking water dispensers (model CY-RO5000) are provided, with a single water production capacity of 50L/h and a total production capacity of 1300L/h. Calculated based on 8-hour daily operation, they can meet the daily 2L drinking water demand of 10400 people. Core technology: Adopting a five stage filtration system (PP cotton+activated carbon+RO reverse osmosis+post carbon+UV sterilization) to ensure that the effluent TDS value is ≤ 10ppm, which is better than the purified water standard. Built in intelligent constant voltage system, adaptable to voltage fluctuations (220V ± 15%), ensuring stable operation of the African power grid in unstable environments.

Project implementation‌

Production and testing: 26 sets of equipment were assembled at the Shandong factory and tested continuously for 72 hours to ensure performance meets standards.

Logistics and customs clearance: Through sea and land transportation, it takes 15 days to arrive in the capital of Guinea, Conakry. The entire process is tracked by GPS to assist customers in completing tax-free customs clearance.

Localization service: Dispatch a team of engineers to install and debug on-site, train operation and maintenance personnel, and provide 5-year warranty and remote technical support.
