Installation of 26 Direct Drinking Water Systems in Office Buildings, Guinea Project Background

Project Background
A large office complex in Guinea sought to address daily drinking water safety concerns for its employees by implementing an efficient and reliable direct drinking water system. The project aimed to meet the daily hydration needs of approximately 10,000 staff members within the campus.
Client Requirements
Water Quality: Output must meet purified water standards (compliant with WHO and China’s GB 5749-2022), suitable for direct cold consumption.
Solution
Shandong ChuanYi Water Treatment Technology Co., Ltd. delivered the following tailored solution: Equipment Selection:26 cabinet-style direct drinking water dispensers (Model CY-RO5000) were supplied. Each unit produces 50L/h, with a total capacity of 1,300L/h. Operating 8 hours daily, the system meets the daily demand of 10,400 people (2L per person). Core Technology:Five-stage filtration system: PP cotton → activated carbon → RO reverse osmosis → post-carbon filter → UV sterilization, ensuring TDS ≤10ppm (exceeding purified water standards). Intelligent voltage stabilization system: Adapts to voltage fluctuations (220V ±15%), ensuring stable operation in Africa’s unstable power grid.
Implementation
Production & Testing:All 26 units were assembled and rigorously tested at Shandong ChuanYi’s factory, undergoing 72-hour continuous operation trials to verify performance.
Logistics & Customs:Shipped via sea-land combined transport, arriving in Conakry, Guinea within 15 days, with real-time GPS tracking and assistance in duty-free customs clearance.
Localized Support:On-site installation and commissioning by dispatched engineers.
Comprehensive operator training and 5-year warranty, backed by remote technical assistance.
